Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
Whisper Valley is a private membership club with intentionally limited capacity. Our refund and cancellation policies reflect the exclusive nature of our programs. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any payment.
1. Application Fees
Membership Application Fees
Application fees submitted for any Whisper Valley membership tier — Social & Leisure, Valley Executive, or Founder Member — are strictly non-refundable once submitted. This fee covers the cost of services that begin immediately upon payment, including:
- Premium Background Verification: A thorough review of the applicant's credentials and professional background, initiated at the time of submission.
- Dedicated Concierge Onboarding: Our concierge team begins building a personalized member profile upon receipt of payment.
- Administrative Processing: Intake, documentation, and committee scheduling costs incurred immediately.
Because these services are rendered immediately upon payment, the application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal of an application, change of mind, failure to complete the application process, or a membership application that is not approved by the committee.
2. The Reserve Waitlist Subscription
$50 / Month Recurring Subscription
The Reserve Waitlist is a monthly subscription service billed automatically at $50 per month. The following terms apply:
- Non-Refundable Monthly Charges: Each monthly charge is non-refundable once processed. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your member portal or by contacting your dedicated concierge at sma@accmox.com or (781) 728-9217.
- Access Through End of Billing Period: Upon cancellation, your Reserve benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
- No Guarantee of Core Membership: Participation in The Reserve Waitlist does not guarantee admission to a core Whisper Valley membership.
3. Event Tickets
Member Events & Dinners
Refund eligibility for event tickets varies by event. Please refer to the individual event page for cancellation deadlines. In general:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before an event may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of an event are generally non-refundable.
- WHISPER VALLEY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events; members will receive a full refund or credit in such cases.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Please include your full name, membership number (if applicable), and a brief description of your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. For unresolved disputes, you retain the right to contact your card issuer or financial institution.
6. Policy Updates
WHISPER VALLEY reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email.
